getting learning & Development on the National Agenda

Its easy for those of us involved in learning and organizational development to say that we need to be more strategic, and that we can be of a lot more value to our employers.

So I took the opportunity to ask Nicholas Owen, TV presenter and reporter what his tips for us would be based on his experience of media and business, and the fact that he is a truly independent observer:
